MEET TERRY
Terry Pauling
As a licensed Real Estate Broker in Iowa, Terry is the broker of iTown Real Estate in Indianola, Iowa. His area of focus is on the Indianola residential real estate market. In addition, his love of agriculture and the value that land brings to each of our lives keeps him focused on Warren County land values. Terry earned the designation of the prestigious Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) through the REALTORS® Land Institute in 2014, continuing to work with other land brokers around the country. In 2023, Terry earned the Certified Real Estate Negotiator designation.
Locally he has been in leadership roles with the REALTORS® Land Institute Iowa Chapter, Rotary Club of Indianola, Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church and LaunchPad65, a local entrepreneurial resource center. In addition, he is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Des Moines Area Association of REALTORS®,
Terry earned his bachelor’s degree in agriculture education from Iowa State University. His farming background and 20+ years of experience administering government farm programs through ASCS / FSA have provided him with a vast knowledge of agriculture and the art of helping people make life decisions, all of which have served him well in the real estate industry since 2005.
Terry continues to bring an honest sense of collaboration to each client that he has served throughout his career.

Brad Cowger
Born and raised in Iowa, I embody the spirit and dedication of a true Iowan in my approach to real estate. At the age of 38, I take great pride in living a fulfilling life in rural Indianola, where our small farm is a testament to our commitment to the land, nurturing heritage breed Highlanders and Scottish Blackface sheep. This personal connection to the rural lifestyle offers me a unique and authentic perspective in understanding the needs of homeowners in our area.
With a dynamic career spanning 20 years in real estate, I bring a wealth of experience to the table. My journey in this field has seen me involved in construction, remodeling, management, and investment. This diverse background equips me with a unique perspective that benefits my clients, whether they are first-time homebuyers or seasoned investors.
As a parent to nine wonderful children, I understand the importance of finding a living space that caters to the needs of a growing family. My approach to real estate is grounded in this understanding, ensuring that each client’s needs are met with the utmost attention and care.

Yovani Marquez Lopez
Yovani Marquez Lopez is a licensed Realtor with Itown Real Estate, LLC in Indianola, AI and an honest business mentor. Currently pursuing a Business Management & Marketing degree at Simpson Collage in Indianola, he combines nearly two years of retail sales experience with strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional client service to real estate. Mainly focuses on Des Moines Metro Area and Indianola real state market but willing to help in other location across Iowa.
Since arriving in Iowa in 2016, Yovani has embraced his bilingual roots (Spanish and English) to connect with diverse communities. A proud graduate of East High School in Des Moines. Yovani understands firsthand the excitement of homeownership. His migrant family’s journey as first-time home buyers inspires him daily to deliver the same enthusiasm and support to clients starting their own path or investing.
Yovani believes honest, transparent communication is key to a smooth transaction.
